Website audit for online stores

Every extra second and every awkward tap costs you sales. Find out how fast your store loads, how it works on phones and whether shoppers can trust it.

What matters most for online stores

  1. Priority 1: Speed

Shoppers abandon slow stores. Big product photos and apps you no longer use are the usual culprits.

  2. Priority 2: Mobile

Most browsing happens on phones. If product pages and checkout are fiddly, carts get abandoned.

  3. Priority 3: Security

Shoppers won't enter card details on a site that looks unsafe. Security warnings kill sales instantly.

Write a one or two sentence summary for each page, around 150 characters, that says what the page offers.

Questions from online stores

I use Shopify. Isn't speed handled for me?

Partly. Shopify's hosting is fast, but your theme, photos and installed apps still slow things down. Apps you no longer use often leave scripts behind.

Which page should I scan?

Start with your homepage, then scan your busiest product page. Product pages often have the heaviest images and scripts.

Does speed really affect sales?

Yes. Shoppers are impatient, especially on phones. Faster stores keep more visitors browsing, and Google also ranks faster pages higher.

Will you check my checkout?

We check the page you scan. Checkouts are often hosted by your platform and need a login or cart, so we can't test them directly.
